Who is responsible

Ani Han is the controller of inquiry information submitted through anihan.design. Privacy questions and data requests can be sent to contact@anihan.design.

What is collected

The inquiry form may collect:

• the nature and context of your inquiry;
• timing, organisation and location or format information;
• your name, email address and an optional relevant link; and
• technical anti-spam and submission information.

Please do not include confidential, sensitive or special-category information in an initial inquiry.

Why it is used

The information is used only to review the inquiry, decide whether Ani or Enso Design Lab is the appropriate route, respond to you, protect the form from abuse and keep a limited record of the exchange. It is not used for marketing lists or sold to third parties.

Services and access

Netlify processes and stores form submissions for the website. The inquiry operator, Ani Han, receives a notification and reviews the submission through the controlled inbox and Netlify account. Email delivery may be provided through Apple iCloud. These providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates under their contractual and security terms.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the request and manage any subsequent business correspondence. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it may be deleted or retained in an archive where appropriate for business, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal record requirements.

Your choices

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your inquiry information, or ask that its use be restricted. Contact contact@anihan.design from the same address used for the inquiry so the request can be verified.

Cookies and external links

The launch version of this site does not use advertising or marketing cookies and does not include visitor analytics. Links to external publications, Instagram and Enso Design Lab are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.

Changes

This notice may be updated when the inquiry process or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
